anyone pokes — poke() is permissionless. it pulls accrued fees in and starts the drip.

- trusts ponsfee route. the pons locker's admin controls where creator fees route. the vault splits whatever arrives at its address; if pons ever re-routes, accrual stops but staked funds and already streamed rewards are untouched.
- 24h linearreward drip. staking right before a fee arrival earns ~nothing — loyalty, not sniping, collects the stream. with zero stakers the drip pauses; nothing is lost.
